Shipping policy

 Customer Collections – PostNet N1 Joe Hattingh Goodwood

  • The Collection option is available for Cape Town customers who wish to collect their orders.
  • The collection point is PostNet N1 Joe Hattingh - Goodwood.
  • Orders are only delivered to the PostNet from DMLeatherworx on a Monday , Wednesday and Friday.
    • All orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dropped at the PostNet the following Monday by 4pm.
    • All orders placed on the Monday and Tuesday will be dropped at the PostNet on the Wednesday by 4pm.
    • All orders placed on the Wednesday and Thursday will be dropped at the PostNet on the Friday by 4pm.

 National PostNet

  • The national PostNet shipping option is available for customers who wish to have their orders sent to their nearest PostNet.
  • NB: Customers MUST capture the address of their chosen PostNet in the shipping address.
  • Please do not capture your work/home address. Please make sure you capture the PostNet where you wish your order to be sent to in the shipping address.
  • Failure to do so may result in your order being sent to an incorrect PostNet or to your captured home/work address.
  • Orders are only taken to PostNet on a Monday , Wednesday and Friday.
    • All orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dropped at the PostNet the following Monday by 4pm.
    • All orders placed on the Monday and Tuesday will be dropped at the PostNet on the Wednesday by 4pm.
    • All orders placed on the Wednesday and Thursday will be dropped at the PostNet on the Friday by 4pm.
  • Delivery timelines to customer PostNet (after our PostNet drop off):
    • 3-4 Business days (Main Cities)
    • 5-9 Business days (Regional Areas) - depending on where you are located, certain areas are only serviced once a week

 Door Delivery – Standard Courier Bag

  • Door Delivery is available for customers who wish to have their orders delivered straight to their front door.
  • Please note: Liquid items and leather cannot be sent via a standard courier bag.
  • Only dry items may be sent using the Standard Courier Bag.
  • If the customer chooses this option, but the order includes leather and liquids – this may result in delays processing this order.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • 3-4 Business days (Main Cities)
    • 5-9 Business days (Regional Areas) - depending on where you are located, certain areas are only serviced once a week

 Door Delivery – Courier Parcel

  • Door Delivery is available for customers who wish to have their orders delivered straight to their front door.
  • Liquid items and leather must be sent via a courier parcel.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • 3-4 Business days (Main Cities)
    • 5-9 Business days (Regional Areas) - depending on where you are located, certain areas are only serviced once a week

 Overnight Courier

  • Overnight courier can be specially arranged however these requests must be submitted by sending an email to hello@dmleatherworx.com including your order number. Additional charges may apply depending on size, weight and location of the order.
